Dinghy at Pier 121
Get ready for a Grand Opening May 2010. Ricky Comardelle, brother of Dallas restaurateur Dee Lincoln, has spent his life around water. From the swamps of Louisiana where he and Dee grew up to years past in Biloxi, Mississippi and Destin, Florida, Ricky has decided to give up what he refers to as the "Cajun Riviera" and make his way to Texas.

Ricky's company, Fiberglass Unlimited, builds offshore living quarters and beautiful houseboats. Prior to Hurricane Katrina Ricky and his family owned Cajun on the Bayou Restaurant and Gift Shop in Louisiana and operated their 100 ft. dinner cruise boat in Destin, Florida where he, his wife and two children spent their summers. Expect to meet them soon.
